Our little joys

I love to read stories to my daughter. It will only last a while, so I take the opportunity for now.

We also have an amazing bookstore with a very nice children's part and an excellent advice: Les Arpenteurs (rue Choron) and we go regularly to the municipal libraries of Chaptal and Trouville streets, that I find incredible.

I also like all our rituals (swimming together in Deauville, having lunch every Wednesday in a restaurant in the neighborhood) ..., our daily life is full of them.

Some tips to share about organizing

I'm always short of time. It is very difficult for me to combine all the roles: of mom, wife, business leader, friend. But I think one should not be to harsh towards oneself or else we spend our life feeling guilty.

My only advice: discipline and anticipation.

 Our weekends

We started going regularly to Trouville. We bought there a small fisherman's house. When we arrive, depending on time, we either have lunch at Villa Gypsy or dinner at the Vapeurs. Another ritual of ours!

On Saturday, we go to the library, swim at the pool, take a walk or run on the beach and then evening with friends. On Sunday morning we go by bike to the market of Deauville, we cook ... we spend fully 100% of our weekends since we have this house.

Esther’s activities

Pottery classes in the atelier La Baleine Bleue (you can find its address below). The teacher is wonderful.

Esther also takes a lot of fun at Club Pop.

Holidays of dreams

We have been traveling since Esther was very small. We go very far, for example this summer we went to California. A great experience.

No-kids break

Essential ! We love to go skiing for a few days with our friends and also take a trip to some cultural destinations, sometimes very far for a week. In that case, it's my mom who keeps Esther.

Family activities that we love

The garden of the Royal Palace where we take lunch at the Villalys.

I also love to have our breakfasts outside on weekends when we are in Paris (KB Caféshop, Pigalle or Hôtel Amour).
