INTERIOR

PARIS 

Polish, I was raised in Paris. But I returned to Warsaw during ten years.  

After a pass through London we me and my husband came back near Paris. First in Suresnes. But I quickly knew that I needed more life, more coffees, more city ! Even if I love Paris I think I will leave again : to Milano, London or in Asia.  

OUR FLAT  

It was such a crush I didn't even ask my husband before signing! We live there since 9 years. I love the spaces and the fact that for some points this flat look like a house : there are several levels and an amazing patio to take every benefits on summers. 

 I dreamt of a park near my home. Here that's perfect, I go running twice a week at the Luxembourg or at the Tuileries, I am aware of how lucky I am.   

MY STYLE  

I love very personal interiors. I couldn't live in a place decorating by someone else.  

Decoration interests me by stage. I don't have a defined style. I love mixing : designers, family furniture, and spotted bargain-hunt pieces from my travels. I love to dare like with my red wall in the living room or with the painting circle in the dining room.   

My real passion is art. I can't resist to buy a photograph, a sculpture or a painting...  We spend a lot of time on  ArtPrice with my husband. Here it's total saturation, so we stop buying too big pieces : no more space ! 

THE ROOM I PREFER TO BE IN  

The one that I prefer is our  kitchen - dining room, with its terrace opened on the good day.  I work here when I can, we organise diner and spend time in family with our children Chloé and Gabriel.    

IN MY LIBRARY  

I collect art book, especially limited editions. As I am a big reader there also are a lot of novel. My favourite author is obviously Kundera, but I like to read very various things. I love biography especially one of women.  Recently I've started reading  Au revoir là-haut from Pierre Lemaître, I find it magical !    

MY FAVOURITE OBJECT 

My marble sculpture in the living room, it is from  Nicolas Samori .  

DREAMT PURCHASE  

Artists that I was not able to buy at the right moment, like the Japanese Chiharu Shiota. She was exhibited at the Bon Marché but I missed her. I knew her since her beginning.

OUR WEEK-ENDS  

We do a lot of sport. My husband and daughter ride horses, my son fence and I go running or swimming. 

We also make lots of cultural activities. We pass the art virus to our children! We go to the  Palais de Tokyo for creative exhibitions, at the Jeu de Paume for the photograph or at the musée Delacroix for the amazing garden in summer.    

As our weeks are full, we try to have at least a cool evening on every week-ends.
