My way of being mom

I have many principles: politeness and respect for one another. I’m pretty harsh I think. Being latin, I shout a lot at home but it makes them laugh instead!

I am also a very present mother. I spend all Wednesdays with them, I am there for their bath in the evening and help my son with his homeworks.

I launched my website for being able to stay with them when they were babies and to be able to spend some time with them. When my work becomes more imposing, then I try to remember it.

What I would like to pass them down

I want them to be happy and fulfilled, no matter what they will do with their lives. I try to make them understand that they can control their lives and they can always find a way to make their dreams come true. I try to use the everyday situations to show them that nothing is impossible if you have a little bit of courage and determination.

When you become a parent, you learn a lot. I became more mature with each one of them. I try to adapt to their different personalities and to be less rigid in my behavior. Not an easy thing to do in everyday life !

What makes me proud

Especially their joy of living! They laugh a lot, always happy. That’s my greatest pride.

Family holidays dream

Every summer we spend holidays in Grimaud where we have a family house. And every winter in Megève.

Recently we start travelling all together. We have been to Singapore, Binh Tan island in Vietnam and this summer we go to Greece.

Organization

I improvise holidays. But in everyday life I use a lot of to-do lists.

“No kids” break allowed

Some weekends, just the two of us, which happens very often! We are a very united couple. We love our week in Paris when children are on holidays with our parents.

New York was our last destination. That’s where we met in the first place, even if we grew up in France in the same area!

Next family day

Palais de la Découverte where there are many incredible exhibitions. We are going to see “Autour des Dinosaures” exhibition this weekend.
