My skin routine

I never had any problems with my skin, so I have a very simple ritual: a makeup removal, moisturizer, and sleeping whenever I can, this is the best treatment for everything! In case of emergency, I use Clarins, my fetish brand: the anti-thirst mask that I apply as a cream, it hydrates my face. I also like the multi active night cream and their mutli-regenerating mask that I have just tried, perfect after afashion week and / or the excess of Patrick Roger's chocolate rocks, my indulgence ... During the winter, in Paris and even more in the mountains, I use Guerlain's Imperial Rich Cream, very good against the cold and tightness. A must-have.

My make-up

It is also very simple: a nude complexion. The important thing is that it has to be ultra-fresh. For this I use the Super Balanced foundation from Clinique, very natural one, and a little bit of black mascara "false eyelash effect" from Yves Saint Laurent. I also love Benefit products, whose compact foundation holds all day. And when I have an important evening... I brush my eyebrows and I go to the hairdresser!

For the body

I like the simple prodigious oil Nuxe without sequins. And a scrub from Darphin with essential oils, or a treatment from Clarins.

Sport

One hour of gym per week, a lot of swimming in summer, tennis and skiing... and sleeping, which I miss the most!

My hair

Revlon Sensor shampoo. My tip: I mix the nutritious and toning ones.

After a shampoo, I put the Mythic oil mask from l'Oréal, which I apply just a little bit. When I want a real treatment, I go to Romain Color, my hairdresser. The hair is divine when I come back home and the color is very natural, like its products. This is one of my real luxuries, to be found in my address list below.

My perfume

The Bonpoint non-alcoholic perfume, to which I have been faithful since I was 15 years old.

 An emergency diet to fit in my favorite jeans

Vegetables and proteins, noon and evening, zero sugar, for 10 days. Drastic, but I know nothing that would be more effective!

 My anti-stress recipe

Swimming as soon as I can, spending time out, even when it's -10 on Sunday morning, in the winter the weather is nice too. Happiness !
