WAKING UP TIME

I take a shower at 7 a.m. every morning. I take a coffee on a terrasse with my husband (our neighbours join us frequently) and I go walk the dog.

I open my laptop at 9 a.m. and my working day start.

MY RESUME

I have always work in fashion. I was designer at Chantal Thomass and then head forward to masculine fashion at Balmain and Balenciaga.  

Then I started to work for myself and began consulting for Burberry, Balenciaga.  

When I came to south of France I made a 7 years break. I get into decoration, I was doing ceramics and that was the only thing I drew.

One day a friend laid me down a challenge: create a « fashion blog » to share my sensitivity and my inspirations. In 2008 I created Accro de la mode, a blog where I use my drawings to give advices. It quickly became a success. 3 months after, media as Express or Grazia contacted me to collaborate.

ILLUSTRATION 

It offers me new opportunities and enables me to meet incredible people. I even drew for Louis Vuitton or 20 minutes. I made styling and collabs with Damart .

And the Editions La Martinière contacted me to write and draw a book.  Be Hype was born.

It’s a gallery of profiles that were born with internet. An overview of “Mister and Miss everyone” began “hype” thanks to blogs and social networks.

I spend my time behind a screen so I love meeting my readers, realizing that my advices truly interest them.

When my children ask me for fashion advices. It’s a world where we are afraid to became old-fashion.

MY ADVICES

In this field you have to be cultivated, you have to know clothes history. Your tastes and creations have to be built on something strong.

People who really make the difference are those who are cultivated.

MY STRENGHT

I see beyond, speaking about an age, a society, a people.

You can’t escape from trends the same way that you can’t escape from your time. It’s fascinating.

On n’échappe pas aux modes de la même façon que l’on n’échappe pas à son époque. Je trouve cela fascinant.  

CONNECTED 24HOURS A DAY

Finally, not enough! I don’t surf on the net all day long and I am not into social media.

However, I like that. Internet enables me to meet incredible people: readers that have become friends.
